Include your macOS version, BlinkBetter version, what you expected, and what happened. A screenshot is useful when it does not contain sensitive information.
Restore a purchase
Open BlinkBetter → Settings → License and choose Restore Purchases. To change a subscription, choose Manage Subscription. Apple handles App Store billing and refund requests.
Review permissions
Open System Settings → Privacy & Security to review BlinkBetter’s permissions. Smart Pause continues with less context when optional permissions are unavailable.
Export a support log
Settings → Privacy → Export Support Log creates a local text file for you to inspect before attaching it to an email. BlinkBetter never uploads it automatically.
